Food Protection Manager Certification Course & Exam

This certification is required for all food entrepreneurs interested in using Ujamaa Kitchen or The Food Pavilion. To qualify, you must have a valid Food Safety Manager Certification—so it is essential, if you don’t have a current certification, that you either attend this free course and exam.
Free to Attend, but Registration Required, Available for only Bayview residents.

Join us for a creative, hands-on Mexican flower jelly art workshop with Rosa, owner of Sweets Collections. Learn the traditional art of gelatina artÃstica, a beloved Mexican dessert often featured at celebrations and special events.
Using clear gelatin and fine needles, you’ll create beautiful, three-dimensional floral designs suspended inside the jelly—an edible work of art to take home and enjoy. Rosa will guide you step by step and share tips from this unique tradition.
Please note: This class uses needles for coloring and is not appropriate for children under 10 years old.
